The owners were lovely and friendly and the breakfast good and hearty.
Being right in the town centre there was a lot of traffic noise at night but it was only a one night stop-over as we were travelling on the next day. Also, my husband's disabled Mum was with us and she had to climb 4 flights of stairs to the rooms which wasn't ideal.

The central location is great, and being close to a family-friendly pub and the coast is a bonus.

The queen room was huge, extremely comfy bed. A power shower in the en suite bathroom was a plus. The location was marvellous, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Ebenezer Street. It was also just off the center, the centre of Wick and bars in the town.

I've stayed at the Bank Guest House three times, in three separate rooms, and for the money it is one of my favourite places to stay in the uk. The owners are friendly, but not intrusively so, and the rooms are recently decorated to a fine standard, warm and comfy.
